So my car has NEVER been "detailed" my extent of good washing practice is the two bucket method.. and thats about it.. so i've just been on i4D as i have a 7.5% discount to look at products.. and my cart is this:

all of these are approx prices because it doesnt add the VAT on each one....

basically i'd like you guys to either add products i should get, or tell me to remove some of them, or get things from somewhere else as they're cheaper blah blah...

Also to tell me what order to get things.. as i dont have the funds to get all this in one hit! so i will be slowly getting the products maybe one or two every two-three weeks due to me still being in full-time education and my poorly paid part-time job!!

Thanks for your help folks... dont know if it makes a difference what colour my car is?? but i think it is the same as "Dolan" on here... not sure what actual colour is called/paint code etc cheers

I'd be looking at polished bliss with the 3 for 2 offer.

500ml citrus wash

id then go to halfords and get the following,

2 x 99p buckets
lambs wool mitt
wheel brbrush and finally Asda to get some of the Kent drying towels and microfibres on the 2 for £5 offer.

aqua wax and EGP won't really give that long a protection, even when using both. you've also not mentioned a base for your wax or sealant.

for a beginner I'd recommend something like britemax blackmax and extreme elements sealant, or zaino all in one topped with z2 from i4d

or go for the 3for2 at polished bliss as above

Ok regarding snow foam stuff... is it worth it? And can it be applied well without a specialist lance on the pressure washer??

As above ATM especially on a budget it's probably cheapest to get iron out and oblitarate from polished bliss.

Toughcoat, easy to use and apply to tight areas.

Will look very good on LY
