I haven't played the game, but I'm guessing that the people who think it's difficult because it's realistic haven't driven on tracks in real life? Warren has a point that if a car slides, especially something like a Clio etc... It's pretty easy to turn into the slide and straighten it up. I'm assuming this isn't the case in the game?
Imo, it's not realistic. But all the gamer geeks (online not on here) think it is. I'm guessing they spend a lot of time in their bedroom as opposed to actually driving.
It feels like a car with lots of grip, but shagged dampers. There's grip, but lots of float in the handling.
It's weird, because it can be enjoyable purely because it's so challenging. But real cars on a track just don't behave like that. At all.
Tbf if it was an incredible thing to play you could forgive the crap car choice. But add that to the bugs, the controller issues, the slowdown and lag and I just can't understand the positive reviews.
If this was a gran turismo release it would of been absolutely panned by most people.
