My company have hired the track for a day. It's open pit lane all day limited spaces (30). Are you interested in coming then?
Yup, track days do drain your funds pretty quickly but they are great fun.

UPDATE.
Got a few more goodies arriving from K-Tec tomorrow. These include complete set of Uprated engine mounts, solid strut top mounts, new bottom ball joints and new exhaust hangers.
The rocker cover is back on and the new seals are in. Tomorrow it will get timed up using the correct tool of course. Then hopefully the new engine mounts will go in too.

I know mate. Funny thing is the trader who sold it to me was quite happy with the job!!! Being a detailer it is getting on my nerves every time I look at it.

So we slogged it out until nearly midnight last night.
The car is now running sweet as a nut, the new induction kit is fitted (thanks bobby) along with the new battery.
As well as that, last night we got the upper engine mount fitted (ktec one), the upper gearbox mount fitted (ktec again) and the dog bone mount bushes changed for power flex black series ones.
Here are some pics from the mounts:
That is the old upper gearbox mount, clearly knackered.
Power flex black series bushes in the dog bone mount.
We also got the 15mm spacers fitted all round, new exhaust hangers and decat pipe. Oh and the new bottom ball joints.
Left to do is:
Front splitter
Wrap exhaust from manifold back (because it looks cool)
Fit braided brake lines
Fit new clutch kit
GET FRONT BUMPER RE SPRAYED
Fit cold air feed duct in the lower front grille
Fit 3/4 plates
Fit solid top mounts
So as you can see a fair road to go yet. The completion date needs to be by March 20th as its my first track outing this year at Castle Combe for my dads company.
Here are some more random pics from last night, the last one of how it is sat at the minute. Ignore the horrific colour match.

Tomorrow will be fitting the cold air duct, front splitter and checking the ride height is perfect.

That's weird. Up close the bumper looks like a good match. How is it so far out from a distance though? That's the 3rd car I've seen like that (the other two were at a odd shop near my work... Won't be sending him any work lol)

I'll have a look into that. I already have a rear upper strut brace in place but I suppose that is doing very little.

them rear strut braces do fook all.
What about remove the fogs?
set of oz f1's/2118's with Rsr's/ad08's?
172 cup alternator kit to delete the aircon?
I see you mentioned castle Combe so am thinking of mods with the track days in mind?
