Project Scheme. Need advice!

Hi! I am fresh man here and really need some advices for pros.
I own Ph2 RS 172. I've made a couple mods already but want to do more.
What I've done:
- Supersprint exhaust (de-cat'ed);
- 182 wrapped exhaust manifold;
- Koni Sport shocks;
- B&M short shifter;
- EBC Green stuff frond pars.

Nice car with very good handling I would say, but allthough I want more power... Actually I dont need top-end power and dont want to revv higher than 7k, looking for the way to increase hp and tq in 2k-6,5k,7k rev range. Make it suitable for normal daily driving but still faster

I think over 2 ways:
1. Turbo (something about 250hp with good tq form 2k rpm)
What will my gearbox reply me? Thinking abou low-boost turbo kit.

2. Colombo&Bariani cams (power band 2000-6500? May be other cams?), head & inlet manifold work, lightweigth flywheel(do I really need one?), close main ratio in gearbox and may be NOS 50hp shot(wet and may be direct kit)

What do you think? May be I should change anything or add?

Yes, I spoke with them. Nice guys.
Their kit produces about 225hp. Pretty good for stock car.

They also told me that head and inlet manifold work is ok for the kit but not cams.
I send the e-mail to "Mr. Bariani" with the same question. He said his step 2 cams suits turbo too. What do you think?
Will guys from Fastchip help me with calibration for turbo with cams?

My friends and I never build turbo cars with such high compresion ratio. Factory figure is 11:1 for F4R... Is anybody have such expirience? Any broblems? As for me I'd like to lower it to at least 10.5:1 or less.

what should I expect if my 2nd n\a variant will be done?
