Project Tidy up 1.2

I got my 1.2 Dynamique back in march 2011 with 34000miles on the clock.

It has full service history, one elderly male owner from new.

the paintwork has a few stone chips on the front end, a few scratches hear and there but was in reasonable condition. the interior was again in reasonable condition.

Obviously with this being a 1.2 there wont be any power mods, however im going to make this as OEM as possible and tidy up any broken/ worn/ untidy parts as i go along.

Ive enjoyed the car for the first year and now the project starts to make this as perfect as possible.

So far:

RS Grill
Full Detail
Parrot kit
Team Dynamic Monza R's (15 inch)

Plans:

Colour Code
New interior mats
Re paint dash strips (OEM colour)
New OEM gear gator
New OEM gear knob (if possible)
Fresh Plates
Silver Visions
Osram bulbs
Picasso water jets
Skoda splitter

The new wheels were required when i buckled the front passenger alloy hitting a pot hole, i wanted to get some 172 alloys but none came up in good condition so i decided to go new.

Pictures from when i first got it:

Ill update the thread as i go along to keep a full history of everything i do with the car,

Looks really smart mate, and the plans sound just right! The only other thing many people on here will probably recommend you do, is lower it :p

Ive been thinking of lowering, but im only planning on keeping it another 12 months so the plan is if anything costs over £50 its not happening.

Ok so ive had a change of thaught, im wanting to lower my clio.

Is it worth getting the Ebach Sportlines which lower by circa 45mm front and 30mm on rears

or

Cheap coilovers.

Ive worked out i only want a 30-50mm drop anyway so i think the sportlines would be perfect but im looking for some advice!

this weekend just gone ive got rid of the hazed headlights and added a smaller ariel.

next week i have the week off, plan is carbon wrap a few parts and fully detail the car.

End of the month it is due its MOT and next month is the turn of the Service.

Im getting some new mats and a gaitor from t21ads (need to sort out paying)

Will get picks up end of next week.

Not updated this in a while.

Since the last post its had its MOT and Full service inc cambelt, I've fitted some Cobra daytonas, currently have the dash strips gear stick insert and diamonds in the shed being painted.

Hopefully in the next couple of months i will have been able to sort out a 172 rear bumper, exhaust, and some new wheels.

Pictures to follow after a clean.
