Promlem with heaters

Can anyone help, iv just purchased a clip sport 172 2002 model, I took the cb player out to plug in the aerial and after putting the cb player back in my blowers don't work it just makes a bit of a Noise when I press a button? HELP

Is it the climate control system? If so possibly the resistor has gone, mine went after disconnecting the battery and then replacing it.

What sort of cost would I be looking at? The whole thing has stopped working a/c the lot.

The strange thing is it worked for a few minutes yesterday then stopped again???
