Proof of NCD.. should I bother sending it?

Hi howya doin

so, I have bought a clio sport 172 and got new insurance (churchill) on it

and in the letter they have sent to tell me all the shiznit it says (quite small lettering really) you need to send us proof you are entitled to this discount. and nothing else.

thing is, on the document that i will have to send it says I was involved in a fault within the last 5 years

so.

does a "fault" count as a Accident Loss or Claim? becuase i have said no on the new policy.

Bear in mind I never claimed a penny, they found out about this "fault" through MoreThan Recovery :dead:

yeh i think you are theoretically driving with no insurance at the minute if you have not declared that to them?! you really need to ring them up

sorry I should explain a bit more before i do that

It says on my letter from More than that my NCD is secure and = 2 years I have told churchill this

they never asked online if I was involved with any faults

! As long as you have not claimed any money and your NCD has proof of being valid all is fine

Under Morethan it counts as an incident

in the part that I thought it would effect it says any: Accidents, Claims Or Losses

the term Incident has no relation to the above three

should be helpful to anyone else if they have any trouble like this
