proper renault aux belt tool?

Car  LY 182
does such a thing exist? i broke my home made effort today (after god knows how many uses) and rather than trying to weld it back together i quite fancy a proper looking bit of kit,,

if it does exist,, part numbers? found one in the snap-on/ast catalouge,, but it looks the wrong shape :S

im on about the 3/8 drive tensioner tool by the way

what the ratcheting ones??? i've got one of them!! i didnt even know it had a 3/8 attachment on it!

I've got the same tool but I swear the 3/8 square isnt long enough to reach the hole in the tensioner?

I tried it too, and it didn't locate properly, or give enough swing because of being straight

So I made this:

cool, the ratcheting aspect of the snap on one is handy, a combination of the one you've made and the snap on one would be brilliant

I don't see the advantage unless you want it to work on other vehicles. The 3/8 square drive is welded on at the ideal angle.

I might make a few and sell them if i can get hold of some reasonably cheap extensions to cut up

I bought a version by Laser and the flippin bit seems too big, T50. Does anyone know what the bit size should be?

The ghetto styley jubilee clip trick had to be used, again!

Did another cambelt today, used the jubilee clip method, I swear I'm just going to do this next time, it's so much easier.
