prospeed exhaust?

anyone had one of these on a 197 sport, anygood or what.

in general anyone get any performance gains, rolling road figures would be great.

i kno i didnt have a sport but on my 1.2 16v i had a prospeed cat back system and the car felt alot more responsive and seemed to pull abit better through the rev range and when i dyno'd the car along with an uprated filter system i made 11 bhp more than standard hope this helps abit
