proximity sensor on concept 300

hello ive got a clifford alarm and where do most people have the proximity sensor set at because mine is adjustable and for some reason the alarm keeps going off!

Mines under handbrake..

yeah thats the same place as mine but do u no what it does and where abouts is urs set?ive got it bout 1/4 way turned but my alarms bin off loads today dunno why!

You got a phone in the car? That sets mine off.. but only on my Motorola.. heh.

no havent got a phone but got a cd changer in the front under passenger seat dunno if this makes a difference should really put it in the boot though!

Nah, the signals from the phone set mine off.. just internal tho.

Its cool - I can put that phone in the car.. ring it, and it makes the alarm do the warn noise.. haha.

Think maybe your sensors set to sensitive.

yeah ive turned it down it hasnt gone off yet fingers crossed though!

How do you turn it down ? Whats the thing look like ? yet to find it

mines under the handbrake and its about half the size of a credit card and its got a gauge on it which is adjustable with a plastic screw.dunno if its supposed to be there but it is on my car!

There should be two screws.. and two switches..

Dunno how you adjust it.

ahh dunno then mate it sounds like u got a different one to me well it hasnt been off yet which im happy about!

Do you mean internal microwave?

I have the Dual Zone Proxes - Which people call Proximity sensor cus it can go off if you walk near the car.
