Ill have a search for that now.
Mine changes picture everytime i log in aswel, its got about 6 different pictures that come up randomly each time i go on the ps3.
Mine when it was logged on while starting this thread:

nah just the "new" ps3 theme with one of my pics ill take a pic of the Pipboy one i have its ace but you can only get it on the Jap psn store
