PS3 - won't see any served files

I'm currently sharing my shizzle through Media Player. The PS3 sees all the folders just fine. Music > N.W.A. > Niggaz 4 Life > "no tiltes found"

The folder contains mp3s - obviously I'm missing something very simple?

I'd guess Windows Media Player.

Roy, it sounds like it's not built the library correctly or you've not ticked a box. Try the instructions HERE or just go for the easy option and get TVersity from HERE.

Cheers I'll try TVersity. All the boxes are ticked TBH. As far as I can see anyway.

Meh. Followed all those steps to the letter and I get the exact same thing.

"There are no titles"

press triangle on the folder/where the music is supposed to be and press show all.

also, can you tell me how to share music with the ps3 from WMP? any links? iv done a search but no definative guides

Funnily enough I was just about to suggest that (as i've done that before too )

TBH it is small gay. There should just be one explorer. Or, if there has to be separate explorers for each media type, then each one should not show folders of the other media types. That's my excuse anyway
