Hows it a joke sony have clearly copied LGs technology in the tvs and the PS3 hence why the courts have allowed the ban.

No, but Sony does own 60% of the consortium that developed and licensed it along with Philips, LG, Samsung and a load of other companies.

They tried to get LG's phones banned from sale in the US, so LG went and got the PS3 banned.
