PSU and GFX upgrade for Micro ATX Case

Any suggestions for a PSU and Graphics Card that will comfortably fit in a fairly small case with a Micro ATX motherboard? It won't be for anything majorly intensive, new Sim City, Euro Truck Sim etc.

It's running a 250w PSU and onboard (Intel HD4500) graphics at the moment, so any substantial over and above that would be good. Really looking to do it as cheap as possible as it's not going to hang around long term, £100 or thereabouts is the budget.

I hope that's got an additional fan or two in it before you start putting shiny parts in (that generate way more heat than the standard stuff)
