be careful when fitting. I've had to mod every set of PTFE gaskets I've seen so far, to make them not overlap the ports.
how much are they?

I didnt have the problem with that but instead I had to grind 1mm off the intake manifold. That needed to be done as the manifold could not be assembled and this coasted me an extra penny - that was never mentioned prior to my purchase
I am satisfied with the gasket ( doesnt cost much and you can tell the difference in the temperature of the intake manifold) and if I would buy it again I would probably buy a more thicker one to boost the effect.
These are developed so you dont have to grind anything back but it is a tight install... no problem refunding you £0.01GBP lol
Nobody else has ever had any issues and loads of these have been fitted now. AFAIK Jamsport have been fitting these without issue and they were also trialled vigorously prior to production.
Have you got the gasket on the wrong way around?
If they overlap then the standard ones do too as they are an exact rep.
BTW mine (197) dont even fit/seal tight as one is just too thick!
They were fitted by Icarus...
this is what Im talking about, you need to grind your manifold othervise it is just too thick.
mind you, this is logical to expect, I was surprised when the gasket was advertised as a "plug n play" thing
I dont think its that simple on the 197 TBH mate!

you saying they're not worth it danny? the ones in the pics don't look well made though, edges not cut straight etc. They a home made jobby by a customer?
Not worth it for the hastle IMO. Probably make a tiny difference to temps so they "work", but they dont fit. Gaskets pictured were supplied and fitted so they're not a DIY effort
