purchase order system

Hi,

Do any of you guys use a PO system, and if so, what is it and how do you find it?

Im looking for an economical solution, hopefully web based so it can be wacked on a server.

Free would be nice.

Do not want to use SAGE.

but you cant use it as its an in house system

erm ours is written in cobol and wasnt written by me but the 2 bloke sat behind me and its taken along time and they are still developing it every day
