Hey all, I think I have just got a really good deal today, i have been away from the forum for the last 8 years..
I moved to america, but due to my wife passing had to come back.

I have been back here for 2 days and have bought my self a car I had been looking for when they first came out a

172 clio exclusive..

IT MAKES IT BETTER THAT IT IS NUMBER 172 OF 172..

Yeap and the best thing it is Not modified, and only has 34000 miles from new

I will be posting a load of pictures as soon as i pick it up tomorrow afternoon .

I just need to get my membership renewed which it will currently not let me do.

that is strange the first owner was an elder lady from cambridge, 8000 miles in 4 years.. and the next owner a lady who is 70 years old and again only a few miles a year... For it to have the rear lights changed is weird... Clean hpi also...

Does any one know if this was a change as isnt this the change over year to the phase 2 ? could they have put on a different set of lights..
I need to do some research...

I don't know of any ph1s that came with ph2 lights.

Why would an elderly lady own a 172? She mustve been going through an end of life crisis!

yeap i was surprised when i turned up, lol.. She had white hair and was onld enough to be my grandma..

She gave me some receipts for a few things on the car, mainly mot reciepts and light bulbs,
She said here it is you have to be careful son as this is a little bit nippy, im sure she didnt know what it was, she said she liked it as she liked leather and the color her loss my gain
