...its my car. Looking to sell pretty soon but Im not sure what sort of price to put it up at, and what I can expect to get.

Spec is as follows:

1.4 engine - Ramair filter and Piper S/S Backbox
15in wheels, uniroyal rainsport tyres (about 6 months old, still in v. good condition)
Apex/KYB suspension (again only 6 months old)
CD player Infinity comps at front, Infinity 6x9s in stealth shelf at back.
Oh, and shiny gearknob!
1993 K plate, 56000 miles, FSH, new cambelt 12 months ago, not had any mechanical problems in last 15 months.

Im thinking around the £1500-1700 mark. Should I price it a bit higher and see what I get or will I be lucky to get £1200!

Very likely Craggy. I work for the Co-op. One of our offices/warehouse is on Doddington Road right next to the Railway crossing. Youve probably seen it when you were doing the crossing there.

What are you doing at Doddington Hall???

That would be a mint first car for someone if you removed engine mods. Sounds cheap to me as well.

Thanks for the input fellas. The paint is generally in good nick although there are quite a few small scratches which is inevitable on a ten year old car I suppose. The bonnet was resprayed about two months ago so there are no stone chips on the front. Think Ill price it around £1850 and see what I get.

Craggy, Ill keep my eyes peeled for aVTS with a couple of bright red seats!
