This may be something VERY simple but thought I would post anyway just for my peace of mind...

I was parked outside the chinese the other night with the sidelights left on and the radio playing to my girlfriend. i went back to the car and started the engine, only to find I had nothing at all happening when I hit the accelerator...this went on for a couple of minutes, is this normal (immobiliser possibly)
