Question about Clio turning off (16 Plate MK4)

Hi there,

I'm not really sure how to explain this but when I put the keycard in the slot, the Clio dash lights up and the medianav turns on. However after a few minutes the whole system just cuts out and turns off. Is it supposed to do this? It's quite annoying if you're waiting for someone and just want to listen to the radio with the engine off but the car keeps shutting down every few minutes and I have to repeat the process again. Thanks

Key card in the slot and press and hold the start button for 5 seconds from memory

Can’t you just turn the radio on without they key in like every other Newish car in the world?
