question opn rear wipers

hey

have a clio 1.2 16v 03 reg...and want to convert the rear wiper to flat blade...
can u buy flat blades or can you buy like a polo wiper arm and fit it on and get flat blades?

wounded...just thought if take my rear wiper arm off say off a new shape polo etc just put a nut back on?
