Quick before and after

Was bored today and the sun made a slight appearance so decided to give my inlet a quick paint, the cam cover needs doing badly aswell now tho lol

not bad, what paint did you use?

put the engine cover on and youl not be able to see the cam cover

Looks good, did you have to do any prep work before painting?

Just used silver hammerite, and gave everything a good clean/degrease with apc before painting

Get a can of satin black and spray the heat mat at the back. Will tidy it up no end.

I would like to do this too. I'd probably rather keep it very close to oem. Is this basically the oem colour?
