Quick fuel rail guard question [182]

Quick question for those who have removed one. Which type of socket do I need to buy to remove the fuel guard? I'm guessing a 10mm extra long socket or a 10mm on an extension? I can't see inside there so thought I'd ask you guys before going shopping.

Yup 10mm long socket.

that reminds me i must put mine back on.
Anyone know the part numbers for the studs? mine snapped.

a normal 10mm on an extension will do it normally. A deep 10mm will work well if it's deep enough. if not taking the slam panel off you need to not go too long also

Cheers gays. I'll go shopping tomorrow for a socket and a square 8mm key to get the gay sump plug out.

Also found out the pollen filter supplied by Eurocarparts doesn't fit. Oh well at least I got the engine air filter changed

Rectangular but different dimensions and it has a plastic moulding integrated.
