Quick help with dogbone mount

Car  Suzuki Swift Sport
Hi, anyone have any tips for removing the original metal and rubber Bush from a dogbone from a 172 cup?

Hammer doesn't seem to budge it. Pretty limited on the tool front too.

Thanks

Use a drill to make a load of holes in the rubber bush, and keep hitting with a hammer. It will come out after a few decent wacks

Brilliant worked a treat. Thanks for that.

Any easy method for the gearbox end?

Does it split?

I think I just opened up a vice wide enough to support the frame around the bush, and then just hit it out

All sorted now thanks for the help. Ended up having to saw some of the rubber as it had seized solid.

I've just fitted the powerflex kit, but I'm having trouble getting the sub frame side to line up right. It's as if it's too sort. Can't push the engine because there's too much resistance in the bushes now.... Urhhhh all fun and games eh...

Anyone with any ideas?
