quick offset question...

if my cup is et 38 offset, and i put et 45 offset wheels on, will that be the same as me running a 7mm spacer for the difference of how far they go out?

i really get confused over offset

No its the opposite. 38mm is the distance between the hub face and the middle of the wheel looking it it width ways. So et 45 would sit inboard 7mm more

As above^ The lower the offset the further out the wheels sit!
