Quick Question: Eibach Pro's

When fitting Eibach Pro's which way do they go up? Or will it become obvious when I come to fit them?

Thats what I expected just wanted to make sure, new to doing these things myself, normally pay a garage feeling a bit brave though as it seems so easy!

Well I have all day, and a friend around the corner who did his own springs for when I get stuck.

Ramp shramp !!! How do you change springs on a ramp !?

Attempted to fit some Sportlines to mine a while ago for the first time and was pretty easy i thought... providing to have the right tools though. I couldnt do it without an impact gun though.
