Quick Question: How Long Do I Leave Paint Before I Laquer It?

As title, how long should i leave my sprayed interior bits before i laquer them?
Then how long should i leave the laquer before i put them back in the car?

i tend to leave it overnight before i lacquer,better safe than sorry,and then after lacquer 48hrs to properly cure so i dont get fingerprint marks
