no deffo not the car must be insured and so must the driver im third part fire and theft but cause im over 25 i can drive owt third party only that is insured by the owner hope that answers your question

Depend on the drivers policy.

Many polices don't let you drive other car the ones that do assuming don't have a minimum age do cover you even if the cars not isnured.

Some require the car to be covered though yep.
