Quick question

When u order a key from Reno.... does it come tailor made for your car or is it a generic key for any car ready to be programmed? Im only talking about the black part of the key where the plip part is.

so does it arrive unprogrammed ready for any car?

I think its a generic key to start with, Ive read about people on here who bought a blank key from ebay and had it programmed later on for a fraction of the £100ish that Renault charge.

ive ordered previously a key from renault some time ago and i think its programmed at the dealer so it basically comes as a "blank key"
