Quick wheel question

I have a standard 182 ( non ff/cup) with standard 182 wheels which I understand are 7x16 with 45mm offset, I'm looking to fit 7x16 turini's which are 40mm offset. So my question is, is it just a case of chucking some 5mm spacers on all round to get them to fit right or am I not understanding this right?

The lower the offset, the further the wheels will stick out. In answer to your question - you won't need spacers
