the connect 8" tablet which runs windows 10 can you get all your catchup tv on it?

Not 100% sure but I don't see why not!?

However an 8" windows 10 based tablet would be my last choice

Windows 10 is a full OS, not just one you can install apps on.

If you can visit any of those sites in a browser, you can watch em.
