'Quicker' steering rack?

Car  Ph2 Clio 172
Just a query, is it possible to quicken up the steering on a 172 so that it takes less turns lock to lock? I have been driving my GFs Mini a lot and the steering on that is a lot quicker, which makes the Clio fell like you are turning the wheel way to much for the amount of cornering you are doing?

Thread bump!

I'm also looking for a faster rack on my 182. Do any of the non-sport's have a shorter gearing? I think I read somewhere that the RSs have a slower rack to improve high speed stability. Would non-sport racks be compatible and equally durable?

Cheers

possible yes, something i've been playing with recently but trying to find and off the shelf pinion is proving difficult
