No but can pop down and get some as i no longer own the car, but seeing him on Sunday.

the bracket is like an X with a big circle in the middle

you need to 'wedge' it up to keep it in place

Have a look at the broken one see if you can fix it

hmm think i will try and bodge this myself then, does anyone have any pics/diagrams of what it should look like with the bracket on? just to give me an idea...

Ok just took some pics, i can see how you can bodge it in place, problem is the backbox itself is hanging down quite badly, to the right, how would i solve this and try and get it atleast relatively level again?

i used hydraulic hose, which is reinforced and won't collapse but will still allow some flex -3 pieces, cable-tied left/right/below the 'X'. still looks fine about a year on

to get the box straight again, slacken the back box to system clamp and turn it up; tighten as much as you can

that looks tidy^^ means i have to buy a new bracket though :/ trying some bodgejob, if not might be northwestperformance!

Had a look at the clamp, doesnt look in a great state, how much are new ones??

if it's just a u-bolt clamp or an olive clamp, you could probably pick one up for a couple of quid from Kwikfit/etc

if you're feeling flush and the exhaust's a sleeve fit, could be worth using a Norma/Mikalor type clamp, which are more effective

by the way, if you've an exhaust supplier who deals with Bosal local to you (lots do), their part number for the alloy bracket thing is 255151
