r.s clio 200 hesitant running

  R.S clio 200
hello everyone,i purchased a 10,000 mile albi blue rs clio 2 weeks ago from a main renault dealer, almost straight away i noticed that it felt "wrong" when driving.it bogs down when pulling away,it sometimes doesn't rev very freely and in between some gear changes it loses a lot of revs.it's going in on monday to be looked at but just wonderd iy you had any ideas?thanks.:(

I think they all do the bog down when pulling away that you mentioned. My 197 does it. Floor it under 2000 k and you'll think you've got 20 bhp nevermind 200! You just have to give it a few more revs when pulling out of junctions. I must admit it alarms you a bit when you pull out and it won't go for a second. This sort of thing never happened in my 182 (that'd have spun up if slightly wet! Lol)

I know what you mean, i know it's gonna sound ridiculous but my mum's 1.2 mk1 clio used to do this aswell! Like it was starved of fuel for s split second when accelerating then it would kick back into life (and be off at warp speed being 1.2 8v 'Oasis'!).

Take it to a rolling road let them give it a couple of runs the live data should tell you whats wrong with it Fueling/air intake etc...
