R-Sport group N chip

  Evo Tommi Mak
Would anybody on here know where you could get hold of the software that will change your standard ECU to the group N one.

Is it possible to get hold of one through a dealership i know it would be very expensive and you'd need diagnosis equipment.

If possible a part no. would be great that renault list it as.

Many thanks

i was also looking into a group n ecu upgrade, the feed back i got suggested that the best move is to get the upgrade done somewhere where they have a rollingroad and can tune the upgrade to your car

if i was you i wuld go to somewhere like bbtuning and get them to do it, at least then you know your car wont leave there with any problems

03clio172- I agree, berry172 your welcome to test drive my car to see the results of bb,s tuning work- of course it depends on how good ur engine is on what performance increase you get but the guys at bb are first class.

JPH172 wat have u done to yours to get 188 bhp

Its not that easy Renault Clip laptops allow you to upload new ECU files but unless you can get hold of a suitable remap (and you cannot) then its useless. Renault specialist tunners who can remap cars are better off.

Group N maps arn't ideal there just slightly modified maps with higher rpm redlines usually and only optimises for an exhaust and air filter. You realy need a custom reamp as a car doesn't work best with just a mid range maps custom makes the most of your car.
