Parked in same car park as me, on Station Road, Hinckley at about 12.15 / 12.30 today.

Racing Blue 182, E IOTTY was the reg plate.

I think i've seen this down Narborough Road in Leicester, blonde female driver and i read the plate as TOTTY.

at the bottom of the reg it read 'LOTTY' in small writing, so yeah, possibly this blonde you saw.
