Radiator fan

After Ive bene for say a 15 minute drive (not thrashing it) i turn the ignition off and the fan kicks in even though the temp gauge is only at the first marker.

If i turn the ignition back on it goes off. I know theres some low temp stuff in the car but surely it shouldnt be going off after 15 minutes?

LOL, nothing to worry about. I ve got a bb tunning low temp fan switch and it goes off just above the the first marker. I thought it was a bit low as well.

it might be a model with the timed cooling fan than automatically comes on for approx ten minutes after youve turned the engine off so it cools down faster.
