Radiator support bar

  Clio RS3 200
Hi everyone,

The radiator support subframe in my Clio 200 has rusted through. Problem is, I can't find any retailers offering this subframe (Renault part 622104290R), it's everywhere out of stock. Same for the Renault dealer. Does anyone know of companies making replacement parts?

Many thanks

John

I've got the BTT one on my car as its powder coated so hopefully last longer but its not cheap! - on one i done for someone i just bought the cheapest one on ebay like this (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/19600204...mb+4yYUuKDTsV5IvgaPLcvLEI=|tkp:Bk9SR7i9jKLlYg)

and cut off the radiator locating bracket, and moved it over to where i needed it, i cant weld so i just used a flat piece of steel and nutted and bolted it! - not pretty but job done! you could of course get a fabrication place or garage to do this and weld it for you.

Just an update to this, as I had the car stripped yesterday, it's been fitted for just over 12 months, 1000 miles...

I'd go for the cheap ones as this is starting to corrode already.

Amazing, does anyone know why this part is so susceptible to rusting, whereas the rest of the front subframe does not (or not as quickly)?
