Radio code needed!!

H i there am new to this forum and wondering if anyone could help!

i have just bought a renault clio dynamique 2004, i have just replaced the battery and now the stereo is asking for a 4 digit pin code. I am really reluctant to pay renault £30 for this!

the numbers off the side of the stereo are:
