Radio help

Hi all

After buying my 2003 cup I swapped the standard cd player for my Sony head unit but now it won't keep the stations programmed and the clock at the top of the dash doesent keep the time. I have swaped the red and yellow wire around but still no luck

Anyhelp would be appreciated.

It's lost it's constant 12v feed somewhere. That's about as much help as I can give lol

bit of a hijack to this thread anway my standard radio keeps losing connection and starts to crackle then search for station

today i found the connection at the back of the radio that takes the antena plug to be cracked can this be replaced or is it gubbed
