My 182 is the first car I've had with 'Rain Sensing Wipers' and they drive me insane.
When its only raining lightly, the intermittant wipe is not often enough for my liking so I have to keep clicking the stalk up then down/down then up to clear the screen.
Cue some normal UK rain for which a normal constant wipe speed would suffice, and the 'auto' wipers decide to go into over-drive and go absolutely mental!
Is there anyway to disable this so I can control the intermittant wipe via the spinny knob on the stalk? Or does this only increase/decrease the sensitivity of the rain sensing?
If it increases/decreases sensitivity, is it more sensitive to the wider blocks or the narrower?
