RAMAIR Supa-Ram I/K





Got my RAMAIR SUPARAM I/K through the post today and am looking for ideas for a sealed box to keep the heat away!!

Will fit it tomorrow and take some pics!
 


i like that a lot?? as above really how much do you charge?? or could you tell us where you get the materials from?? ive already got a cold air feed but that looks like it would work a lot better!! cheers

as i dont want it to be like that as my set up is diff

no the end is open

It can take a while for me to make one but all depends on how busy i am! if you want one the its best to e mail me on how you want it made as i can do a lot of different things!

sorry cant sell you the material as its not just a sheet of metal! it has a layer of insulation in the middle! this is what stops the heat getting in!

Stop showing everyone my new product mate. I havent even seen it my self yet. Only joking if any body is interested i will be getting the willy re rolling roaded to see if it makes any diff.

Looks nice cant wait till next week to pick it up.

yeah ive got a pipercross i/k and always thought that the heat from the engine would not be helping performance, i bought it really coz of the nice growl it gives off (plus it was only £30 for the whole kit) but presumably i could wrap that material around it, how is the intake fixed to the heat shield?? is it sealed?? cheers
 


can you get this type of material from anywhere?? or should i just pop down my local airport supllies depot;)
 


the material looks familar iv got a alloy cold air box very similar but is got a temp module inside and i can say its allways keeps the temp to around 4 above outside temp mine works very well iam sure your will too
 


i thought nick hill used a similar material in his induction kits?? i remember last time i was up there he had some of was showing me, i might contact him, cheers
