Random flickering relay type noise

Intermittent.

Happens when first starting car up/putting ignition on. Only every now and again. Liek a really fast flickering relay for like 5 seconds or something.

Is this the UCH?

Do your ligths flicker on and off really quickly and windows stop working and things?

Not that I have noticed.

Although saying that, sometimes (very rarely) the hazards are on, I thought this was something to do with the alarm?
