rare or common

was wondering if my carbon insterts/gear nob/steering wheel thing was rare or a common thing on 172s coz all i see is silver insterts

well they look exactly like the silver ones with renault sports and stuff in the right place, if they are after market its a nice job lol

um not got clear pics at the moment but will get one up tommoz, its not special but it is exclusive lol, its registerd as a mrk2 exclusive, even though its not an exclusive coz they dont exsist in mrk2.........maybe its an exclusive coz its got carbon insterts lol very exclusive

only changed when the 182 came out every 172 should be the same

Yup, standard on the mk2 172. The 182 is silver, without the pattern

as Iain says, the 182s are Silver whereas the 172s have a carbon effect weave in them mate.

As above, all MK2 172s have that apart from the cup, plain blue.
