Rattle behind the dash at 3k Rpm

Fitted an Upper uprated k-tec engine mount today. Although it's cured the knocking noise I got under heavy acceleration it's caused another issue. At around 3k rpm there's a huge rattle/vibration behind the dash (far right hand side as you're sitting in the driver's seat).

If I push down on the dash whilst driving it does dull down the noise but not sure what it is actually rattling. Anyone have any idea or what I could do to solve it?

Forgot to add: Once the revs build above 3k rpm the rattle disappears.

My car does the same, it buzzes/vibrates between 2400 to 3000rpm behind the rev counter...drives me insane when cruising on 50/60mph roads. It goes away when I accelerate though which isn't too bad

At least I'm not the only one that suffers from it then. lol.

It does quieten down once the engine has warmed up.

everything in my car vibrates, rattles, buzzes. anooys the hell out of me so i just turn the music up.

main culprits i found are

interior light housing, the clear plastic that covers the clocks, the tip computer reset button, and most of the trims in the car lol.

Lol. Do you get the vibrations through the steering wheel as well?

My c.d player vibrates and the the Ecu bracket does when I'm under the bonnet with the engine running.
