Rattle from panoramic roof Mk 3

How do I stop the rattle coming from my MK3 clio panoramic roof when open it doesn't rattle but after you shut it, it doesn't rattle for a few seconds then It starts again does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Might be the rear arms are worn.
Or your top engine mount sagging to much and transmitting to much vibration

How would i go about getting new arms as its probably both.
The car vibrates through the steering wheel ect alot too more than the 3 other 1.5dci clios in my family. However the car has vibrated like that for a long time significantly longer than the rattling roof anyway.
