rattle noise from top end maybe pully help???

developed from knowhere a noise/rattle

sounds like top end or maybe pully or bearing

just wondering where to start it had all cam belt and aux belt change 10k ago

iv wached video on dephraser pully sounds a litte like that but not as loud or ruff

any ideas
