Rattling type noise when under load.

Just noticed this recently. When under load e.g. 40mph in 5th with foot on floor there is a noise that sounds like a bag of nuts coming from the bay. Only does it when under hard load. Normal driving, not a bean.

I thought it may be low on oil but it was full.

Any ideas what it might be? Anyone had the same?
