Bloke said it was hpi clear and its not, was bumped back into 2009 and the owner according to him doesn't know.

he also said the front fog lights were not plugged in and one was smashed.

Of course he knew otherwise he wouldn't of blanked the plates and also no hidden reg in description so you can hpi via ebays crap hpi system, he obviously did it the harder way and typed all details in himself rarther than putting reg in to automatically put car details.
