RCL problem

Nothin to do with the Renault, Ford instead.
Me mams focus has started playin up.
The rcl will not open the drivers door but opens the passenger side and boot ok, but use the key in the drivers door and its ok.

But after they are open it wont lock the drivers door using the remote and theres no sound of the lock working at all, but the passenger door tries to lock but re-opens itself???

basically it locks and opens everything but the drivers door!
Any ideas.

First port of call would be the locking motor in the drivers door. But i'm not aware of the specifics with being a focus.

my old dad has the exact same problem, must be common in focus's

nah mate dont really bother him hes old skool, key in lock etc lol
